We greatly enjoyed this apartment, can't recommend it highly enough.
the location is absolutely perfect very close to beach, and the rooms are air-conditioned. they have included a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach access was awesome and we loved the balcony with its beautiful view. The staff were friendly and the booking process was smooth.

The location of this hotel was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Being away from the busier parts of the city made it quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great - the pool was large and well-maintained, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the beach. We got so much value for our money at the Nautical Watch A2 in Panama City Beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. The best part was the amazing location right on the beach - we couldn't ask for a better spot. The staff treated us like family and were always there to help when we needed them. The only thing that could make the breakfast items better would be a wider variety of options.

The beachfront location was perfect for our Christmas getaway. We enjoyed being just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach and listening to the calming sound of the ocean waves. The views from the condo were amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the staff, who were always available and responsive to our needs.
The carpet in the master bedroom was dirty and in need of replacement. We also encountered some cleanliness issues, such as blood stains on the area rug and tile floor.

Great Location!! Away from the busier parts of the Beach, making it more relaxing and quiet. Grounds were well kept and there was a security guard on site. Loved the easy access to St. Andrews Park and the beautiful beach.
Needs just a tad updating, especially the pull-out bed and carpet. A steam cleaning won't fix the old mattress on the pull-out couch.
